	Trenchless pipebursting machinery

Hydraulic pipebursting is the most reliable technology for replacing underground pipes today.

The pipe to be replaced is exposed and cut at two points. The hydraulic pipeburster is positioned at one end and pulls a cutting-head through the pipe starting at the opposite end. Attached to the cutting-head is the new PE pipe which means that the old pipe is split open and the new pipe is placed all in one operation.

Hydraulic pipebursting is vibration free and therefore minimizes the impact on surrounding structures. Therefore, replacement of pipes can be done next to buildings etc. without any risk to foundations, parallel installations and other sensitive areas in a big city.
