PETER LINDGREN
Lindgren is a Swedish citizen with US permanent resident status.
He has worked in various engineering, sales and marketing functions in high technology manufacturing companies in Southern California. This includes two companies with Scandinavian connection.

At ABB Composites, he ultimately worked as Director of Sales & Engineering involved with domestic and international sales of high performance filament wound composite products.

Subsequently, he was Vice President of Sales & Engineering at Hydrospin Inc. for 7 years. Hydrospin is a Danish-founded specialty manufacturer of seamless high pressure gas cylinders, and Lindgren's work involved a significant amount of international interface - primarily with customers in Asia and Northern Europe. Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Luleå, Sweden.



CARL LORENTZEN
Carl Lorentzen is a Danish citizen with the status as a permanent resident in the US. He has a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kolding Technical School. He started his carrier at Migatronic A/S as mechanical design engineer in the Industrial Division. Migatronic is one of the European leaders in the manufacturing of welding equipment.

He moved to the US in 1989 and was employed at Hydrospin Inc. as senior manufacturing engineer. He became part owner of Hydrospin Inc. and functioned as General Manager for 7 years. This would include overseeing all manufacturing, product development, quality control. In 1994, Carl Lorentzen co-founded MJC Engineering & Technology Inc., a company specializing in design and building of computerized metal spinning equipment.



JARL PEDERSEN
Jarl Pedersen has a Master’s Degree in Mechanical & Energy Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and an advanced degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Copenhagen Business School with focus on international business and trade issues. In 1996 he completed the Executive Program in Management at the Anderson Graduate School of Management, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

He started his career in 1984 as project engineer at B&W Energy in Copenhagen and advanced to become Marketing Manager with responsibility for marketing a product line worldwide including negotiation of licensing agreements. In 1992 Jarl Pedersen moved to the USA to become Industrial Attaché to the USA for the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In this position his focus was to help Danish based companies with technology transfer, joint ventures and establishing a marketing presence in the US. Jarl Pedersen was the founder of Actiscan, Inc. a company set up to market PC/modem based color video transmission systems in the USA. In 1998 Jarl Pedersen was hired by EnergyWorks, LLC in Maryland to help develop and market inside the fence energy solutions for large industrial companies (refineries, etc,) worldwide. His was subsequently hired by Coral Energy (now Shell Trading Gas and Power Company) to help grow Shell's gas and power business in North America.
