NTS International is the exclusive agent in North America for Fors Industrier AB from Sweden – a manufacturer of equipment for recycling of cable and wire.
Their Model G96.1 is a compact and transportable one-person machine with proven ability to recover high-value metal conductor materials from scrap wire and cable. The scrap wire is fed into the machine where a series of cutters shear and slice it into small segments. The segments are moved through a number of mechanical separators where the conductor material is quickly and effectively sifted and separated from the insulation materials. The end result is extremely clean conductor granulate, ready for sale directly to a smelter.
With the compact size and ease of setup, the G96.1 can either operate in a scrap recycling facility – or set up to process cable at a demolition site.
